What we collect and why
An enquiry records your name, email, project description, phone number, optional company, language, market, selected service and acquisition source. We use these details to review the need, respond and manage follow-up. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Project planner and calendar choices
The project planner uses prepared recommendations based on your choices without sending them to an AI provider. Choosing to carry the brief to the contact form stores it temporarily in the browser session. Google Calendar and Outlook links open only when you choose them and pass an event title, time and general description, without your enquiry or private management link. A downloaded calendar file may contain the meeting link once it has been attached to your booking.
AI experiences
With your consent, AI assistance sends your goal, business description and market to the configured AI provider alongside published service content. CRM records are excluded. Private results expire after 24 hours and can be downloaded or deleted within the experience. Do not include secrets or sensitive information. Requesting that a response is not stored does not guarantee the provider keeps no operational logs.
Retention and access
Enquiries are retained for 365 days under the operating configuration and removed by the scheduled retention process, unless a contractual relationship requires other arrangements explained to you. Authorized staff have role-limited access. Staff accounts use essential session cookies and two-factor verification.
Providers and browser storage
Providers enabled in this environment: Vercel, Neon, Vercel Blob, OpenAI. Booking runs inside Standouta and stores the appointment and meeting preference with your enquiry. Staff manually attach a Google Meet or Zoom link; we do not access your calendar account. Opening the meeting link is subject to that platform’s privacy policy. Tab session storage keeps the brief, enquiry details and booking attempt to support handoff and avoid repeat submissions. A private management link permits booking changes; keep it secure. Booking records are deleted when the related enquiry retention period ends.
Cookies and optional measurement
When measurement is enabled, the privacy notice identifies the available tools: Google Analytics for visit analytics and Meta for campaign measurement. Neither loads before you agree to its category. Choose essential only or revisit Privacy preferences in the footer. An essential cookie remembers your choice for 180 days; browser do-not-track and global privacy signals are respected. Our events include only public paths and actions such as submitting an enquiry or booking, never project text, contact details or private booking links. Each provider uses cookies and identifiers under its own policy and settings. Withdrawing consent stops measurement on this page and clears accessible measurement cookies on our domain, but does not erase data already sent to a provider.
